Serious mod problem

I reinstalled NMM. GECK, even joined steam even though my game didnt need it. My game runs fine, but every mod i create, save successfully, even shows up in my NMM, never shows up in my game. After 3 days of trying to figure this out I am frustrated beyond belief. I am running Win 7 64 bit, as I said the the game runs great just no mods show up ever. Help? :wallbash:

What's your load order? Have you checked that the file path for NMM is correct? I assume you're launching the game using NMM, though if not you'll need to enable the mod files from the default launcher. In general I (and the rest of the community) need more detail in order to help.
