raveride
Hy all!I started using this mod a month ago, and I have a little bug in: I use this mod with Unlimited Companion Framework, so I can recruit so many companions with this way.So I builded many companions, give them various clothes, faces from preset menu in slm, and I saved the game. BUT next day, when I loaded the save, some of the companions have similar heads, like 3 companion of 20. And this 3 have similar faces of 1 character, and always changes to other faces when I again load my save game. How can I fix this?
Trawlol
If you're using default settlers I think they all revert back to their preset faces when the game loads them. Try using Spawnable Unique Settlers to make your custom settlers.
raveride
Yes, I using default (game installed) settlers, no other mods. I checked this "Spawnable Unique Settlers" mod on nexusmods, but this works with custom commands to add characters, so different like Construct companion mod. Do you think, if I install Spawnable settlers mod, can I create characters with Construct companion mod, and will work with spawnable settlers mod? (i afraid if i install this mod, this will destroy my characters looks...)
StormWolf01
Raveride. I am afraid that I am no help, and I haven't used any of the mods that you're talking about. However, yes.... settler NPC's respawn themselves whenever the cell they are in is respawned. Either by a settlement respawn (we really hate that) or by loading them up in a save game. What I Can add tho, is a way for you to test out the mods in question, without any fear of messing up your save.Aside from obviously just backing up your save game files to a different location on your computer, there is a mod called Cheat Terminal. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13285 This mod has an option for Re Naming your character. And this is cool, and this is why. When you rename the character... Say from "Roy" to "Roy2" and then save the game.... You now have a savegame for "Roy" AND a savegame for "Roy2"The new savegame "Branch" you can use for testing out the theories, and other new mods, without any worry of doing any harm to the original, "Roy" savegame branch. raveride
Cheat terminal is already was installed, and I have Rename anything mod for rename character names. So when I "builded" a character, I add them clothes, different looksmenu presets (not I maded, downloaded from nexus etc), so the characters are always unique and not same. After all, I renamed characters so everything is unique, the name, the clothes, the face, bodyslide preset, so why I got many same faces, when I load a savegame? I just dont get it, not logical
StormWolf01
hahahaha I'm kinda like that too. I've got TONS of save games with different toons. Tho, tbh, I've owned this game for at least 2 years, and played it so much that I'm pretty much sick of the ending, and some of the storyline. So I don't really play it to finish it, anymore.part of MY problem, is mods. I see new mods come out, and some of them give me ideas for a new theme on a character, that would fit in well with that mod, and so I create a new one.
