some99
Ok, I downloaded some Dogmeat mods, but none have quite what I want... I know how to check FFEU255Dogmeat and see what things are set... but I'm confused as to how I can load an .esp and see what fields have been 'modded' from the original data. Whenever I check a box for an .esm, load everything up, and check FFEU255Dogmeat, all the original data is still there. Am I looking in the wrong spot? Thanks
Sabat9
yes, you are probably looking at the wrong creature data. most likely, the modder renamed FFEU255Dogmeat to AAAFFEU255Dogmeat, or something else entirely different. for a mod that changes Dogmeat, the original was removed from the game, and the new one was dropped in. the easiest way to find the exact FormID for the modded dogmeat, is probably to open the mod in FOMM, and see what's there. Skree000
open in geckclick 'Details' when you go to 'open data' before you do anyhting. That window will show what has been changed. Not realy in much detail mind you, ironically... but it will show which blocks of things have been changed
Skotte
IMHO, if you need to see exactly what a mod changes I'd suggest >FO3Edit<. It offers side by side comparison of almost anything in a mod
