mods that are overloading my game

So I have been getting some slow downs in the pipboy & accessing the companion wheel. It feel like I need to use pcb like every 5 to 10 minutes of gameplay:/ I have the 4gig enabler, stutter remover, and I'm playing in fake full screen window mode. There is also some sound delays even sometimes when I die there is a delay to press start menu

& a bunch others.. I got almost double that list for skyrim & it is very stable. My fallout 3 game is also very stable it is just new vegas giving me problems

Just because you can use that many mods on other games does not mean its the same for all games, you also happen to be using different mods for each game some of which may or may not be stable.

A FULL list of your LOAD ORDER is a actual MUST have for anyone trying to assist you with these kind of issues, otherwise no one can help you.
