LE Followers - Combat behaviour mod request

I'm really tired of two things mostly:

 

1. Followers running ahead directly in your LOS to engage forces.

2. Followers "stealing" my thunder / kills.

 

Is there a mod out there that will cause your followers to straff while closing in on the enemy? I want them to go around from the side and then attack from behind relative to my position if possible.

Is there a mod that if a followers strike causes the target to go down to >10% health, the target goes down on one knee for a few moments before partially recovering, so you as the player can move in for the final blow?

 

I don't know, think of it has a respect mod for followers, I'm the dragon born, not them, they are just cannon fodder and all glory should be mine! bwahaha!.. ermm... sorry about that.

 

I beat skyrim a long time ago and am just recently playing it with all the new DLC and about 120 mods (mostly graphic improvements (textures, poly, ENB).. I do have UFO it'd be nice to see these options in the follower dialogue. Right now I just have my house carl following me as a pack mule, set not to attack. I heard in hearth fire they can open a store.. but I'd like to see something where if I leave a follower in my house, when I come back they have a gift or coin for me and generally get a frickin job in the hold.

I'd be really interested in a mod like that. Followers do need to apply tactics and let the Dragonborn lead rather than blindy attack and sometimes cause stupid situations in narrow corridors.
