Render window doesn't show up

Hello,

I try to get back at modding but I encounter a quite frustrating issue : the render window won't show up.

The issue seems to have appear after I used the GECK with two monitors.

I tried to activate it via the menu "view" > "render widow" : didn't work

I tried to reboot my PC : didn't work

I tried to uninstall - reinstall : didn't work

I tried to mess up a little with GeckCustom and GeckPref but it did nothing.

I've been scouting Internet and see some people had the same problem but couldn't find a solution.

So I'm clueless at what I should do next. Did anybody ever encounter this problem ?

I can't remember how I fixed it exactly a few years ago because of the same problem . Although that was with Win 8 ... some how making everything from the second screen squish onto the first.

But anyways ... worst case scenario is to delete both "GeckCustom.ini" & "GeckPrefs.ini" Also delete the "Renderer Info.txt" for good measure.

(or just move them into a new folder inside/outside their location)

Then just relaunch the Geck , and you will get the default settings.

Albeit maybe you can adjust these lines in the "GeckPrefs" file ... which these are mine on a 32" single monitor 1920 X 1080 resolution .

Render Window X=876
Render Window Y=236
Render Window W=711
Render Window H=324
But you may find that you have other windows/message popups showing up off screen also ?/?
Just remember the line inside of "GeckCustom.ini" "bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" So you can load other than the main .esm after reverting to default.

Just adjusting those lines was enough to resolve the issue. Thank you !
