AnonymousVendetta13
Hey thereI’m working on a custom voiced follower which I hope to share soon, and I’ve added all his dialogue but I’m experiencing issues.1: He says relevant dialogue in correct locations or climate, but he says the same things in a row, like he’s reading them from a list, so I always know what he’s going to say next. I have added two getrandompercent conditions of <1 and <50 plus marked them as random and to not be repeated for 24 hours, so he is not overusing them. 2: I am wanting to get him commenting when the player successfully picks a lock, and when the player shouts, but I don’t know how to do this, even though I looked to see how Inigo said things after picking locks, I can’t find his dialogue for it. 3: I made some followerseesanimpressiveview dialogue but it won’t trigger. If anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Sovrath
Hello, just asking again if anyone can offer me any help on the above. I don't have the Creation Kit in front of me but I suspect if you open up the quest that has the dialogue you can check out one of the tabs to the far right. There might be a Misc tab or some such thing, but check the options when you try to create a "new" dialogue choice. So, for example, I have a character with multiple responses under "hello.." All that really does is that whenever I approach, or even click on them, they come back with some sort of retort. It's always random because I clicked on random. My thought is that maybe you can find an option that will trigger your character to speak and then create a few lines and tick the box for random. One of the options I know of are seeing a dead body. Perhaps there is one for witnessing a shout.
