Believe me, i tried.The best you can do is add it a scripted effect that pulls actors (no, can't make it to work for items) towards the center, But different models and weights and stuff will make smaller foes to go past the center and fly away anyways. Apart from those limitations, the 'shrink/crush to death' is NOT easy to make, worse if you want 'float to the center and shrink/crush to death'.
