Frostfall 2.5 - No MCM menu?

Okay... I posted this and the site ate it or something. So here we go again.

 

I recently made a new install of skyrim, and created an entirely new character for testing purposes. On this character, Frostfall's MCM Menu did not appear. Now that I think about it, A couple of others didn't either, as I don't remember Better Vampires menu appearing.

 

This is really confusing. What could be causing missing MCM Menus? In my last install I had like, 25, I only have 12-15 this time, so I know it's not a sheer number thing.

It takes time for some menus to appear. Usually a save and reload or waiting some time in-game will initialize them.

I tried the save and reload, but didn't try waiting. I'll give it a shot.

Alright, waiting doesn't do anything. both in game and just sitting around IRL why the game idols unpaused.

 

I can confirm that frostfall is not the only MCM menu to not show up. I don't get it, these worked fine in my last install, and I only REMOVED mods, how could I have broken something?

It's not showing up on mine either, I've reinstalled Frostfall and Sky UI. I'm only running compatible mods, why wont it register?

not only with Frostfall tho also with other Realistic needs mods

Has anyone figured this out yet? It's not showing up for me, either.
