TheOutlander Posted March 28, 2009 Share Posted March 28, 2009 There is a mod called Monster Costumes (it used to be called Crazy Helmets) that let's you wear the Liberty Prime model as a suit. The hands line up properly with the weapons and everything. You could take that model (with Monster Costumes author's permission of course) and take the arms and legs off to use for this idea. TGBlank Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 Problem with that approach is that you either allow the player to unequip it and screw realism, or you make it fixed but now the player cant use guns -_-Armor can have bonus to unarmed damage anyways. Pax1138 Posted March 30, 2009 Share Posted March 30, 2009 Actually, it'd be really easy to give the player robotic parts ala the powerfist that he can't remove. If you make an armor item without the "playable" flag, you can equip it to him with a script and he won't be able to remove it, just like the Pipboy and the Pipboy Glove. You'd just have to make sure it doesn't interfer with any other body slots, or they'd probably be automatically unequipped and then vanish into nothingness. It's a miracle!
