Germandeathkittiez
Tell me what mods you are using, preferred in load order, but I just need to know which ones. (This has happened to me before also)
Arcelas
You are using conflicting cosmetic mods. (cometic compilation, babe hair, elaborate eyes, etc.) There are a few that replace the vanilla eyes but aren't the same mesh so voila! everyone looks like they got their eyes poked out. so let us know which cosmetic mods you are using and we'll tell ya which ones are to blame. Tredlort
Hmm now now, I wish I could remember them all. I hope they all got ESP files since other wise I cant remember if its installed. Yes I just reinstalled oblivion for a while since figured out that my current computer will have better gameplay than the older one I had and so.. ah, back to the topic. So mods, hmm. MaleBodyReplacerv4.espBeatiful peoplev22 - malereplacerv4.espNec Mystic High Elf-Remake.espCuteElf11.esp_Ren_BeautyPack_full.esp omods being loaded: Cute_Elf_-OMOD_version-16120Female EyeCandy - Body Replacer (underwear) 1.0 Now, there is all that has anything to do with the character looks. Hmm, anyone has idea what are the files for the eye textures? I could try to delete them from the directory and force the game to load its own eyes - if I have installed something that would cause them to dissapear. I already tried to fix it by installing eye replacer but no efford. Rens Extra eyes can be seen on character creation menu and the hair also, but other eye are black or missing fully (holes in the head instead of eye). This "bug" is not something that would make me unable to play the game, but it would be nice if all people wouldnt look like alien abducted. :P -Tredlort
bben46
Adding new mods to fix the problems caused by older mods is not usually a good idea. Most eye problems - including black are caused by too many cosmetic type mods being installed. It's not always the ones you expect as some race mods have their own eyes that will conflict with the eyes of another mod such as beautiful people. For some reason, some hair mods can also affect eyes. Some of the other symptoms of too many cosmetic mods are: baldness, blindfolds, strange hair styles, empty eyes, googly eyes, double pupils, black faces and others. Try disabling all mods that you think might affect eyes, including custom race mods. Then when you get the vanilla eyes back, add them back one at a time until you find the problem mod. Arcelas
Ok doky, well first thing i see is 2 different cute elf mods. dona need both. omod is better so stick with that one. Beatiful peoplev22 - malereplacerv4.esp: dona use the Beautiful people esp. use the original malereplacer. As for the eyes that got added, look in your data folder under textures, and look for a "eyes" folder try removing any eye files in it (back them up first) then open OBMM and do "archive invalidation" then see how that looks ingame. More problems, let us know. P.S. OBMM has a feature to make a text file of all your mods (and their order) I haven't a clue how to do it though (never needed to)
bben46
How to use OBMM to make a load order list for posting. Open OBMM - if you don't have it, get it. It is needed for a lot of things when you work with mods. Look on the right, you will see a box with 'Import/Export'. Click that. Then select the first option, 'View Load Order' A new window will open with only your active mods listed in their load order. Any unchecked mods will not appear in this list. Use your mouse to highlight the entire list, then left click on the highlighted list. A box will open with Cut, copy paste. Select copy – DO NOT SELECT CUT! Now you can close the window and close OBMM (This might take a few minutes as OBMM takes a while to close.) Go to where you want to put the load order list – I recommend creating either a text document or a word processing document and naming it load order and the date (load order 6-22-08.txt) Then open that document, place your cursor at the beginning and right click. Select paste. This should copy your load order into the document. Now, to get the load order into a post, open the forum, find where you want to place the load order list and paste it. The copied text will be inserted where you place the mouse cursor.
