Download capped at ~3MB/s

Hello, recently I'm came into some issues with NexusMods, all my downloads are capped to 3MB/s, I use to download at 60MB/s minimum iirc

I didn't change ISP since last time, so I don't know what's really happening :/

I have the legacy premium for life

Country: FR

Internet Service Provider (ISP): Bouygues Télécom

Average Download Speed (non-Nexus downloads): 80MB/s

Based on your download test results I can only guess there's a fault with the routing or some kind of ISP problem. Perhaps you could try using a VPN and see if that improves the speed further?

I'm afraid if a VPN doesn't help then it's going to be an ISP or routing problem. It's not something we have any control over.

Uh that's so bad, ISP are so bad here, they will never fix something like this.
