rickcarufel
I'm getting excessive bounce, overrunning, sway and dificulty aiming without using a scope. There was a command to add in Steam launch options to stop this but I can no longer find it. The problem in even worse in the workshop. Super bouncy making it very difficult to place objects correctly. Edited March 24, 2022 by rickcarufel
StormWolf01
Hiya Rick. Sounds like a problem :( I am gonna ask tho, please define "bounce". As in your pointer will not stay still, when you're not controlling it? Or more like if you move it, it overtravels? Or that it will not move in a straight line?Next question: Are you using a controller or a mouse? This game is notorious for being horrible with controllers. One of the biggest things to help with that is to cap the game at 60 fps (frames per second) thru your graphics card settings. HOWEVER, not all graphics cards HAVE those settings  :pinch:You CAN have the same problem with a mouse, if your mouse's (is that a word?) acceleration settings outmatch the internal framerate of the game. In both cases, it could also be a sensitivity problem. If your mouse has a DPI setting, maybe turn that down a bit. And maybe slow down the cursor move speed in windows. Some controller software has the settings to change the sensitivity and motion control as well, but that's usually not the case in any controllers sub $100. As for steam settings, if anybody hasn't answered on that one, by now, it looks like peeps may not know. Myself included. On THAT one, I'd recommend asking about it on Steam's forums, if we can't help you out with it :(
