Hi there,

 

Thanks for the test results.

 

Based on the info provided, it seems you're unable to connect to any of our regular servers but you do have a decent connection to the Premium CDN.

 

We often find that ISPs in Australia have very bad connections to our network or are routing the traffic in a way that degrades the service. You may be able to try using a VPN?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

 

I've found using a VPN to NZ has helped alleviate the issue so thanks for the tip! Is there any possibility for a more permanent solution that I could do on my end? In case in the future I might not have a VPN subscription?
