If it's a PM, post it here in this thread if you can. Gotta make sure since the creator of that mod had "You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances" selected for the mod's info. If what is interesting about the FO3 mod is the dialogue then moving the FO3 mod isn't really the answer. The big problem is you can't use FO3 dialogue in NV and then release the mod because the dialogue is FO3 assets. gurk meja usually uses game assets to voice his companions so I'm guessing he did the same thing with the FO3 companion.
