Having issues with shading..

If you do not have BOSS, you can get it here. Your problem could be related to load order, so I would strongly recommend you get that. It is a regular program, not a mod. If you choose the automated installer, you will find it quite easy to download/install. Then, open the BOSS GUI and select to have the log in .txt format, rather than html. Run BOSS, open the log. Read it. Take care of all the messages it gives you. That includes (but is not limited to) using TES5edit to clean mods that need it and manually placing mods that BOSS does not recognize. Personally I manually place unrecognized mods by following the author's placement instructions, or, lacking those, with similar mods. However, you can also use TES5Edit to determine proper placement, and that is probably the most accurate way.

After you complete all that, post your log by simply highlighting everything in the log, then copy/pasting to your post. Make not of the mods that you manually placed, and the mods you have cleaned, and any mods that do not show up on BOSS (mods without .esps) To properly enclose in spoilers, simply highlight the test in your post you want to enclose, then go to the third icon on the left on the top toolbar and select the spoiler tag from the pulldown menu. (you can also enter the code manually, but it appears that did not work for you in the above post.)

In addition, you might try changing

fShadowDistance=2000.0000

to

fShadowDistance=4000.0000

Certain kinds of antialiasing can cause this. I'd recommend you disable all antialiasing (including in your drivers) just to check to see if the problem goes away. If it does, then you'll just need to find a method of AA that does work.
