Whispering noise

When I explore the Mojave, I'd sometimes hear a strange whispering noise of some sort. I'd tend to instinctively look around in-game as if I have a feeling of being watched. Yeah, I probably sounded a little paranoid for saying that.

 

I know I'm not the only one experiencing this, so I want to ask: what is this whispering and where is it coming from?

Been awhile since I played FONV, but I

recall that sound when near cematries

or graves. Just one of the ambience

noises for the game.

Where specifically are you when you hear this?

 

@MalachiDelcot - is correct, at some of the locations it's ambience.

 

In other places it's the wind ... also depends on if you have any weather MODS???

 

But there are a couple of places that you need to explore, but that depends where you are hearing it?

I remember hearing the sound when I was outside the northern passage cavern. There are some burial mounds there so I guess that's pretty much one of the places you can hear the sound.
