CTD loading save

Frequent Crashing on my high level save - any help or guidance appreciated.

I need help and I've exhausted all of the fixed that I know to work. So here's the meat and potatoes of the problem;

I have a level 43 save, heavily modded ~80hrs sunk into him, and for some reason every time I complete a NEW quest and save, then go on to leave the game/experience a regular crash and then try to load my save, it is almost invariably impossible to load. This goes for hardsaves, autosaves, quicksaves, and each time I am forced to revert to a previous savegame at Benirus Manor that I know is "safe" to load. I have a feeling that some mods may be responsible, but I haven't the wherewithal to check which one. Here's my load order, does anything stick out that I'm just missing?

What do you use to set your load order?

MessageLogger?

Recently installed a bunch of mods?

Cleaned the mods you use?

I use Loot to organise my load order, I have used xEdit to clean dirty mods, to no avail.

Also worth mentioning that I haven't installed a bunch of mods recently. This has been my core setup for a couple of months. Part of me has a feeling that steam cloud is responsible as it often tells me that it fails to sync to the steam cloud.
