CONSTRUCTIVE critizism wanted

I am working on a new eye mod that will incorporate different color variations to eyes such as the ones below, I would really like some constructive criticism from the community before i spend too much time on it. My expectations are the people will give fair honest descriptive opinions on this, rather then just chiming it to say "This Sux" or "This Roxxers". Again I have a Ton more to do but don't want to spend the time on them if they wont go over very well with the community. Besides, I don't want it to clutter up the Site for maybe one or two downloads hehe. Anyway if you didn't already look here is what i have done so far.

Edit: I took a screen of a darker shade of the Reddish-Blue Eyes for comparison on lighter or darker is the more appropriate way to do them.

Throw my 2 pence (or cents) in...

They look good but I am not sure whether different eye variations (other than natural colours) have too much pull in Fallout 3 (well not for me). Oblivion on the other hand is perfect for such things.

I can see various exotic colours being useful for mutants and other creatures but not for main characters as they are essentially human.

I guess it all comes down to how much people want to customise their characters.

I like to customise mine but within the realms of realism for the specific game (eg not having wings on a FO3 character).

I like the work and would probably use an enhanced version of the current eyes if they were for colours possible for humans.

Anyhoo... hope that helps.

Edit: To make my English make sense.

Thank you for the reply, hehe well those were the only ones i got done thus far. I will do a few more of them and post a pic for some more variety of what i am trying to accomplish. I have alot more in my tote bag to do once i find if this is something that will be useful, as for the humanity to these eyes i just was getting tired of having solid colors to pick from and the various Eye Mods out there weren't enough for me (although very well done)

I agree with the soild colours being boring especially when alot of natural eyes are not.

Mine for instance are hazel with hints of yellow and green. Others are blue and grey etc.

I think creating eyes with different natural cominations would be good (well from my perspective anyway).

Your work is butt-kicking you should make like a kinda Blind Eyes like one totally white and the other different color. For even more in game variation.

I am not sure how or if it is possible to have two different eye colors, as far as i can tell the way the game does it is it uses the flip of the texture for the opposite side of the eye, referencing the same texture for both eyes. If anyone knows how or if it is possible i would really like to know hehe i would love to do a set of siberian husky eyes my old dog used to have.

I never liked the plain white on the eyes of fallout (nor the way it reacts to light, specially the way it reacts to light).

I do like how the irises are going here tho.

These are the eyes i finally sttled on for my personal (not released PC Face, the face was done by a friend and i modified it you can find the face HERE as he made it

Edit: yes they are ones that were in oblivion :P so not my texture :D, after all my work trying to create a set of eyes i liked, i found it in a mod from Oblivion haha
