Requesting that some talented individual consider making S.A.A.D. (Synth Acquisition And Destruction), a settlement bot (protectron?), that can be built in every settlement. It would identify, highlight, and kill synth settlers with the sabotage package/flag.

Yes, I know there are mods that allow you to manually deal with synth settlers. I'm looking for an automated solution.

I don't have the skills to do this, and don't have the time to learn them (I'm a nurse with very limited playtime) so I thought I'd shoot this idea to the community.

P.S. I have submitted this to several mod authors. One responded saying they would look at it. Haven't heard anything since.

I really like this idea. Way, way beyond my ability, since I dunno how to script for this game, but a really awesome idea.

maybe even add in an option to where if you sided with the railroad, there's the option to "railroad" them out into other areas of the commonwealth.

And if you're playing the Bos the faction will give you the npc to clean out ur settlements.

One of the mod authors I contacted, and who said they'd take a look at this, has a mod that lets you talk synth settlers into siding with you if your charisma? is high enough. A bot synth detector mod, with that scripting included, could give you an option on the bot that would just have them identify the synths for you rather than kill them. Then you could role play the railroad route you describe.

Here's hoping someone takes this up.

Aye, THe mod that you've both mentioned is on my "to do" list of future downloads. And its the one that inspired the idea that I'd had, after LLD brought this up.

But much appreciate the both of you, for the recommendation ;)
