RichterZorg
What happened: Yesterday, I played for several hours, nothing weird was happening at all. I saw the "autosaving" message on sleep, travel etc., and then I died. Then the game decided it couldn't find any of my Saves auto or hard saved files., and decided my SKSE wasn't enabled... and when I closed MO2 and restarted MO2, and tried running Skyrim again, it showed NO Saves, NEW was the only option and the game screen was windowed.. I've been running full screen. I'm at a loss as to what happened. So, today, I opened up MO2 and started the game, and it came up just fine.. full screen, mods enabled, and the save it loaded was the hard save I started playing on yesterday (minus all the playtime spent) Okay, I can live with that.. I thought.. until I died again and the same thing happened.. no prior autosaves were actually saved... I looked in my Steam Save files and noticed there were zero save files for the month of March. except the one hard save file that I started playing yesterday. I know that there were changes coming from the Bethesda Launcher 4/1 migration, but I don't have any games on Bethesda.net, my Skyrim SE, Fallout etc., are all on Steam. I have auto-update disabled on Steam. I've done everything I could to stop the AE changes from taking effect on my current game, but it looks like they found another way to screw me. I just don't understand how in mid-game session play, the game just suddenly breaks like this.. anyone else having an issue with this?
Hietanen
I have no idea what you are suffering from, but perhaps Engine Fixes and this fix will help: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/tpmf8x/crash_on_load_and_save_corruption_finally_solved/
