If any of the fantastically talented people on this site could recommend the best tool sets to use, I will gratefully and thoroughly learn them and freely distribute my work. While I have zero experience in creating mods, I understand how they work (and fail to work) and I'm a pretty quick study. Many thanks for any and all recommendations!
