Are those the "science papers" you're referring to? Books delving into pseudoscience and unfounded hypotheses that are not based on the scientific method should never be taken seriously. Ah. Respect for delving into all this at your age. Basically, the authors of the SKSE program prefer to host their program on a different website. Also, unless you really need it (as a requirement for some other mod), no need to bother with all the SKSE-related stuff you can find on the Nexus. Yet.

Uninstall the mod, make a "clean" save (a save without flower girls installed), reinstall the mod, run Fnis. Load the clean save.
