Stutter, heavy FPS-drop or just freezes? Anyone have the same?

In my games (after patch 7, now playing the latest hotfix 23, 4.1.1.1524131

 

At random interval, I experiences stutter/heavy FPS-drop/freezes that last for a few seconds. I can move my mouse sometime, but the game locks up. Haver never crashed because of this directly,

Party of Tav, Gale, Shadowheart and Lae'zel. Didn't get EverBurn Blade this time, and the all the mods seems to work.

Anyone sharing my experience?

Playing on GoG, on 1440p, with a 3080 LHR (not breaking a sweat at all with GPU usage at about 30%) My CPU is at about 60%

Overheating is not a issue.

When it happens, my GPU and CPU drops down significantly, and FPS goes to 0.
