CTDs while riding/running through lush forests - perhaps an issue with Enhanced Trees

Hey there,

 

I just noticed random CTDs while riding or running through lush forests. I can exclude a mod conflict, since the only change I've made since my last play-through was changing some options from Enhanced Vanilla Trees (I’ve chosen the "Custom - Large" option - don't know what I was having before). I'm still using version 1.9, because I had issues with a newer version and DynDOLOD.

 

Considering all those points it seems obvious that there's something wrong with my tree mod/version. Is it possible that my computer just can't handle all those trees plus LODs? Or should I install a newer version? Perhaps you might even have a complete different idea?

Before changing your mods, I would try lowering my screen resolution.

id take out the mod then try it again

What is your video card? Possibly cannot grab all the necessary resources. Lot of data there in the lush forests.

Sounds like your pc is trying to load data that doesn't exist.

Might be just load order.

If you install a crash logger, it may tell you what is causing the crash:
