Just off the top of my head there's Sun Elves, Moon Elves, Drow Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, Halflings, Tieflings, Assamar and four kinds of Genasi. These are just some you can play in Neverwinter Nights 2. Tieflings and Assamar are already done. They're by SamLake. I know because I used his small horns on my half dremora race. Many of the races which have already been made for Oblivion could be just like the races above in almost every way except for name, and if you must have the race named that way it's an easy tweak in the CS. Try searching a little more thorougly. Browse through the races section here and at Planet Elder Scrolls. There's a lot of stuff out there.
