Am I in the right place? Sorry :(

Hey guys, I'm not entirely sure I am in the right place...but I keep getting linked back to here?

 

I recently decided to create a new rig and as I never had a chance to finish Fallout 3 on the 360, I decided to start all over (its that good lol) on my rig. So naturally I search around trying to catch up with the community on where F3 is and how to make it actually look like a PC game rather than a console port.

 

For the most part I have achieved that with some excellent mods and retextures, but I am missing one very important one that I can't seem to find anywhere.

 

4Aces TexMesh and HiRes packs, I just can't seem to find them anywhere. I either get linked to Filefront which no longer has the files, his homepage (which directs me to Filefront) or here?

 

Can any one possibly help me, really wanna start playing this game again, but intend on waiting until I have all the Textures and Mods I require installed.

BUT, after downloaded mesh packs 1-4 and 1-2 I can't open them in winrar AFTER putting them all in the same directory. I get the message that "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged".

 

I have downloaded several times (at 100kbs/sec!! so taken a loooong time) to make make sure they are not damaged but I still get the same errror, I'm obviously missing something.

 

Help VERY much appreciated.
