repzaj1234 Posted September 28, 2013 Share Posted September 28, 2013 So I started with the basic texture replacers and an ENB (That has ENBoost). The Hi Res pack, Skyrim HD, SMIM, Amidianborn, Project Parallax, Xenius Character Enhancement, Enhanced Distant Terrain, Realistic Water Two etc etc. I didn't go overboard with the textures because of Skyrim's 3.1GB limit, I used only the 2K and 1K versions. I don't have a single 4K texture yet when I do sharp turns, or quick mouse movement I get stutters. Sometimes freezes for 2-3 seconds then back to normal frame rates. I have no idea why and I think my graphics card 2GB HD 7870 LE coupled with an i5-3450 can handle those textures easily. What the hell happened Skyrim?!EDIT: I've tested this a lot, when I first get in the game there are no stutters or lags or freezes just normal Skyrim at 40 FPS. When I reach about 5 mins of playing time the stutters arrive, it even happened on empty non performance heavy places. This is frustrating.Yes I have the usual utilities TES5EDIT, BOSS, Wrye Bash, followed STEP etc. I can't figure out what I did wrong. And yes I have the latest drivers.
