Converting Oblivion Mods

Considering how much the OCS and GECK have in common, I wonder how hard it would be to convert many of the old Oblvion mods into usable concepts for Fallout 3?

 

This one comes to mind right off the bat, and would rock for Fallout 3.

 

I know the scripting is a little different and a lot of the old nifscope formats from Oblivion don't work in Fallout 3 for some reason, but the two systems still are more alike than they are different.

 

The CM Partners would be a great addition, as well as many others.

 

So I ask this question to the expert modders out there: Can it be done and, if so, how hard would it be?

The conversions are possible, they are a bit slow and require additional hardware. These work by interfacing with the computer's peripherals, taking apart the old mod and doing all the minute ad-hoc modifications and testing. These hardware pieces do however need full control of the given computer and require food to run.
