Animals don't drop loot

So i started a new game and all the geckos and other normal animals that i kill drop nothing at all. Most of the mods that i use haven't changed from my previous playthrough, but everything was okay then in terms of loot. All i added were some quest mods.
Does anybody know what causes this?

Could you explain how your game starts with all the missing master files you have?

Not to mention too many plugins and at least two plugins that are trying to change the same thing.

Sorry, i didn't notice that i copied all the plugins, not just the active ones. I crossed out the disabled plugins.
And the missing master is mostly TTW which i don't have, but all the plugins requiring it are disabled.

Update: Turns out "S6S SPECIAL Base Game Perks Redux" added perk-based loot (aka unless a player has Hunter, Etymologist or Purifier creatures don't drop meat and parts).
