You become an Operative in the Blades and Cauis tells you that is the highest rank in Vvardenfell and that you will now lead the Blades... in Vvardenfell. Malchik Posted November 17, 2004 Share Posted November 17, 2004 Correct. That is the highest level you can become legitimately. As you don't want to cheat MM you must be content.
