  1. Heya Dark0ne. Not sure if you remember me, but I've been around for quite a while. I figured I'd come back and check things out since its been so long since I last logged in. Anyways, hi.
  2. Yeah, quite a while ago. This site was quite different when I first joined.
  3. Wow you joined back in 2003. Long time ago eh :P
  4. I haven't been on here in ages. I really ought to start getting on here again.
  5. Its been quite a while since I've posted new pictures, and I know a lot of people are busy playing Oblivion, but I thought you guys would like to see some updated pics of the mod. Currently, I've been going through a lot of stuff at home, which has kept me from working on the mod much. My parents got divorced, I had to temporarily leave college to move 500 miles away to Louisville, KY, and I am still working on finding an apartment. But so far the mod has survived over the last 5 1/2 years of me working on it with a little help from a few members. Unfortunately I haven't been able to spend as much time on it as I wanted, but once I get an apartment, I'll have a lot more time to work on it. Also, most of the textures have been replaced with new texture mods that I've gotten here, but they aren't required to run the mod. I'd say if I quit adding new stuff, I'm about 85% done with the mod itself, and will need to start on the dialogue and quests. I've started working on some of it, so I have a basis of what is going to happen. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks! There aren't any interior screenshots because I don't want to spoil the surprise, but I suppose if I get enough people asking, I just may post a couple. (The link takes you to imgur.com so I don't have to upload all the pics here.) http://adras.imgur.com/ravenhold_castle/
  6. I still listen to anything and everything. I dont change my tastes, I add to them. Right now I am actually listening to the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy radio series (26 episodes) in my car. Its a fun thing to listen to while you are just out and about driving.
  7. Well, you can always listen to the immortal phrase: You grow old, but you dont have to grow up. Myself, I am 17. I will be 18 next May 5.
  8. I guess that I must not have been a high enough level because the Anvil house quest was extremely hard fighting the lich. Also, how are the furnishings purchased from the places? Do you buy the individual furnishings and carry them back, or do you buy a group of them and they are automatically put in there for you? I havent done that yet, but tonight I might see if I can buy the house on the Waterfront.
  9. I agree that the graphics would indeed suck on the PSP. Whether or not it is Oblivion: Travels (or whatever the name was), it still doesn't compare to the real thing. As for playing it on the X-Box, I agree with christryker. There are more buttons to work with on the computer and, to be honest, I just can't stand working with a little tiny joystick. I remember playing Halo (I am using Halo as an example since I have not played any ES game on a console. I was afreaid it might give me a rash oh my buttox) on the X-Box, and whenever I went to shoot an alien, I would push the button to shoot, which made my thumb move, which made me move away or look in the wrong direction. Very annoying. As for the tweaks Povuholo mentioned, they work great. I don't have a low-end computer, but even on my computer, they have increased performance greatly. Sure it lags every now and again when I look out over the great expanse of Cyrodiil from Bruma and can see the Imperial City tower, but the land isnt soupy and you can even see some trees. Definatly worth it.
  10. I agree. But I suppose people who like having less controls and such will get to enjoy it now. The Knights of the Nine sounds pretty neat, they should release it as a mod for PC Oblivion. If there was enough new content in it, I would buy it.
  11. My question is, do you have to download this and then change all the stuff in the CS, or does it do some of it automatically. I am not at home right now, so I cant check it out right now, but I would like to try it out. I just didnt know if it is something that you can just activate it in a program or if you have to change everything in the CS. Also, there doesnt appear to be a download link, so if you could offer an alternate link or see if we can get Darky to fix it... EDIT: Ok, question... Is there any way to turn the zoom down so my journal isnt so big that I cant see the top or bottom while running in dual monitor mode? The crosshair and journal grow about 2 or 3 times their normal size and I cant read my journal. Kinda annoying...
  12. I havent had much happen with me, thats why I havent posted in this topic yet. However, I did have something just recently. I was walking through a store, ever so peacefully, and decided to sell a sword. Well they didnt want to buy at the price I was selling, so I got mad. I went over and started blasting everything off the shelves and I hear a strange noise behind me. Kind of a whirring noise. So I turn around, and there is a sword spinning at an incredibly high speed on its very tip. I thought I had a picture, but apparently I dont. Another one was in Skingrad. I entered the Hammer and Tongs (I think thats the name) and the lady in there didnt like me from the first moment I set foot in the building. So I explore upstairs, and guess who decided to be my shadow. Yes, it was whats-her-face. Anyways, after a while (and many threats to call the guards), I decided to lock her in the room upstairs and take some stuff from the main floor. I could only lock her in there for so long, so I had to make it quick. She came running down and stared at me. Then she walked over to her weapon rack, grabbed a warhammer and started to attack me. So after running upstairs in my newly soiled Elven armour, I attacked her back. She ran outside and waited until I came out. Then she went back in and locked the door. After that, she will still let me in during business hours, but she glares at me every time I enter.
  13. Adras acceps the snowball, but politely declines the ticket to the land of Nod. He does however pull out his bottle of wine and offers some to Malchik. Along with the wine, Adras pulled out some snack crackers and started munching happily on them.
