edcz
I am a modder who is trying to put the oblivion races such as dremora into fallout 3. I have been having trouble such as trying to put the textures onto the skeletons. Any help or advice from more experienced modders would be appreciated. TGBlank
such work is problematic, if you use oblivion's textures or meshes it would be only for personal use, any sharing of them would be a violation of the eula. I strongly recommend you to make the textures yourself from scratch, or, those made from scratch made by another, with the permission of the author ofc. Also, you don't put the textures into the skeleton, you put them into the mesh, or in the geck as an override of the regular textures (like raiders, they use the "stock" mesh but use a custom texture). TG is correct, i had to go through all of this as well when i wanted to port over the ears from OB since there was already ears there no one "created" any just retextured them, and that being so i cant bring them over due to EULA. however as i say if you create or drastically and i do mean DRASTICALLY change the nifs and such they can be brought over, as then they cease to be Oblivion stuff
