LE Change Script "Mark and Recall"

Hey guys !
So I want to change the script of the following mod : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10955//?

 

Mark and Recall to "Permanent location and Recall"

I simply want the Mark spell to have a permanent location, something like a COCMarker.

 

Any advices or help ?
