NPC Camera Focus Mod

I remember there being a mod or tweak in MGSO which causes the camera to "focus" on NPCs when you mouse over them. I've since created my own mod build apart from MGSO but couldn't find something similar to this feature anywhere. Anyone know what mod does this? Thanks!
