Any Mod to Display Dungeon/Enemy Level?

Anybody know if such a mod exists?

I'm tired of going through a 1-hour dungeon at lvl 10, to meet a lvl 50 boss at the end.

Or confidently approaching a falmer that I thought was lvl 1, who is actually lvl 20 and manages to kill me.

Every other video game has this... why can't Skyrim?

Well, I know SkyXP tells you the levels of dead enemies (e.g., those you just killed), but that probably won't help you much unless you want to make the game xp-based instead of Bethesda's system.
