Need help with a new balanced weapon...

So, I am new to modding on a complex basis that doesn't consist of godly items. But I am giving it a shot, and it seems I screwed up on one little detail, well two.... I made a new pistol, it looks like a 10mm but only has a clip of one, the rounds are what is special, they have a 30lb nuclear yield, at least, they should. I can't seem to figure out how to make them cause a small amount of radiation OR get them to have a small fireball. I considered using destruction data and giving the bullets only 1 hp... but I don't know how that would work for a bullet...

make the bullet create an explosion on impact. Look at the missile projectiles for hints.

Alright, thank you I'll try that, I don't know why I didn't think of that >.<'
