SavageArtistry
I'm quite sure at the 100% it acts the same as invisibility. I agree. My character is currently running around with a 100% chameleon ring and whenever I need to do anything where I'd normally be invisible I just wear it. Even if you go and pickpocket people and get caught they can't find you. :P
Maigrets
I can tell you from experience that adding shaders to creatures won't work unless it's a summoned creature only. For example the Ghost Crab will immediately lose the effect when changing cells and become invisible. It will also apply to the fire shader for the goblin. The same happens with the player except any action like drawing a weapon for example, will turn you invisible and cause problems. It's not an invisibility effect you want to have. The only way to get it back is to reload the game, or if it's controlled by a spell recasting will restore it, until again, you perform any action at all or change cells, especially using fast travel. Palpenious
add night eye to the one ring, it seems to have the same visual effect as when frodo wears it on weather top I was thinking of something like this, or possibly adding a script to change the weather to Oblivion style (like when you start getting close to Kvatch). The only downside is it would take a few seconds to actually even start up, so this is a good suggestion. Thanks to everybody for letting me know about the Invisibility bug, I'll change that to chameleon and see how it works. The other thing is trying to get the writing to glow, I've added glow maps to a few meshes and turned up the emissive color, but it only seems to make the entire mesh lighter. Any ideas there?
