Dmitri5 has received a formal warning. This user has now received 2 formal warnings. The warning was given for the following reason:

 

Both the user profile and all mod pages created by this account feature prominent links to bloatware/malware-esque applications. As the content uploaded to each page is just a saved game it seems fairly clear that this account exists to promote this highly suspicious software. The same links/videos were present on previously removed mod pages.

This does not appear to be a bot account, so the ability to create and manage mod pages has been permanently removed.
