SpockST Posted October 15, 2013 Share Posted October 15, 2013 Seems to me that a couple of houses should be available after you finish the quest about the serial killer (necromancer) who is killing women. The Necromancers house and one of his victims houses (you have to investigate inside for the quest) would be available. Sorry I didn't mention any names or other specifics.
