  1. Thanks! I now have another problem. As soon as as the file has been downloaded my Anti-virus software (Norton System Works) complains" "Nexus.Mod.Manager-0.65.6.exe is not safe and has been removed." Is anyone else getting this problem?
  2. Sorry, I'm just a casual user. I was having the same problem with my NMM v0.65.2 and would like to download the very latest version, but have no idea where the GitHUB is located. At least I was able to perform a search and find this topic. Would someone please post a link to the location where I can get the latest version of NMM?
  3. Ooh, someone has played the Dragon Age series! I like your idea. I seem to remember there is an area in the forum where you can "request" Mods. Perhaps if you post there, someone will take pity on us.
  4. There is nothing wrong with being 17. Almost all of us were there at one time. ;) What really matters is what you do with what you have.
  5. I have been using the "Recruit More Blades" Mod (ID# 11750). Not only does it allow you to increase the number of Blades but you don't have to kill Paarthurnax. I highly recommend it.
  6. I've found Skyfall Estate to meet and exceed all your stated requirements. It's Mod #50480.
  7. Seems to me Perkus Maximus also needs the latest version of Java to be installed and the you need to patch some files by running PatchusMaximus.jar from inside the Mod Organizer. Look for an excellent tutorial under the Mod Organizer S.T.E.P. Tutorials. It's called Mod Organizer - Installing Perkus Maximus.
  8. I asked this question over two weeks ago but it has not received any response. probably because no one knows the answer but I'm hoping that it just got overlooked, so I'm going to "bump" my question in the hope that someone will take pity on me and find this mod. The Mod was paired with a Dragon Shout. When I shouted, I would be taken to a large room with several exceedingly rich merchants as well as sundry accouterments such as a forge, blacksmith worktable and grindstone, alchemy and enchanting tables, etc. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me the name for this mod!
  9. Post this in the Mod Detectives theead please. Thanks for the correction/suggestion. Unfortunately I don't visit here often enough to stay on top of all the proper posting areas and couldn't find a better one after searching earlier. Should I try to remove my original post since it's now basically in two places or do I even have that option? Perhaps just edit this post so it becomes a link pointing to the proper place? BTW, the Skyrim - Mod Detectives topic, while fairly simple to find when I knew the approximate wording I was looking for was still non-trivial for someone "without a clue", which status I obviously fall into. If I ever need to do something similar in the future I have also noted that other games seem to have similarly worded topics in their forums. Good to know. Thanks again for your help! :)
  10. I just had to wipe my boot disk and start over. I thought that I had saved all my downloaded Mods to a different drive but I just realized one fairly important one is missing. Unfortunately I don't remember its name! Basically it was paired with a Dragon Shout. When I shouted, I would be taken to a large room with several exceedingly rich merchants as well as sundry accouterments such as a forge, blacksmith worktable and grindstone, alchemy and enchanting tables, etc. I would really appreciate it if someone would give me the name (and a link) for this mod! It had gotten really convenient to be able to go to a merchant any time I needed to and then return right from where I had left from. Now I must either interrupt my game play to go visit a limited number of impoverished merchants or leave something behind. Hope will I ever be able to finish my self-imposed quest of "Leave nothing behind" if I don't get this mod again!?

  12. The really important question is, "How many ACTIVE members does Nexus have?" Total membership is meaningless when many, if not most, members have never even posted once. I have been in one forum where the vast majority of active members were all Spammers!! I'm not really active enough to be considered a "good" member, but at least I visit every day. I need to post more, as it's active members, regardless of age, who post useful questions and answers who keep a forum going.
  13. Ah, thank you. I usually go directly into the forums. It took me a while to find the link. I had to first hover over nexusnetwork in the upper right corner and select Games list from there. Thanks again, that should be much easier to follow and use to find what I want. [Added] There's no Sacred 2. :( Ah well. I've found another forum that has a huge Mod for Sacred 2, so all is not lost.
  14. I am in the process of building a new Windows gaming system and thought, "What better way to determine which new game to purchase than by checking which ones are supported in the Nexus Forums!" I looked in the Nexus Site Forums only to find it a bit confusing. It appears that everything is listed simply in the order it has been submitted. Is there any way to get the different games to list in some specific order? I would prefer alphanumeric as the simplest but ordered by popularity, cost, or just about any other criteria would be fine as long as the rational behind how the list was determined was shown somewhere. I was interested in Mods for Skyrim which is near the top. That lead me to look for Sacred which is near the bottom. I never saw Sacred 2, so don't know if it's one of the forums and I didn't see it or if it's simply missing. I know it would take some effort initially to get all the game forums into alphanumeric order but, once so sorted, it would be simple to slot any new ones in and so very much easier on us lowly users to find! I find this site useful and just wanted to make a suggestion in the hope that it would be perceived as useful as well.
  15. Ah, but we aren't OLD, we are mature. ;) Think of us like wine. Some of us have just been squeezed from the grape, come of us are a fine vintage already, and some of us have already turned to vinegar!
