YouDoNotKnowMyName
Good evening everybody! I am having a very strange problem with a worldspace. Currently there is only landscape, no objects yet. I generated the LOD meshes and textures with xLODGen.But when I go to that worldspace in the game the LOD does not show up.Some parts of it do show up in the distance. And I can see large rectangular "holes" in the LOD it is like some "chunks" (groups of cells) are missing the LOD. When I use TCL and fly up very high there comes a point where if I am in the right position and at the right "viewing angle" I can see all the LOD meshes and textures as it should be.So the generated LOD does get loaded into the game but for some reason it does not always get displayed. Has anybody ever had such a problem? How can I fix this?

I finally did my worldspace (island) using the CK's onboard Lod Generator and everything works fine... Edit: when it was done did you look at the log to see if it skipped anything ? YouDoNotKnowMyName
No I did not change anything. What "log"?What is that file called and where is it located?
greekrage
No I did not change anything. What "log"?What is that file called and where is it located? When it finishes generating you can scroll up the information window and see what it did...If it skipped something you should see it... The log file for the process should be in the directory where the exe is... (LODGen_log.txt ) Btw...dont forget to clear the scratch folder each session... YouDoNotKnowMyName
That logfile doesn't exist in my Fallout 4 folder.I guess the CK would create it when it finishes the LOD generating process. But since it always crashes or just stops 99,2 % it never creates that file, I guess. YouDoNotKnowMyName
Anything else I could look for or try? I already generated Precombined Geometry, but that did not make a difference. Yes, like I said it runs for a while and then gets stuck at about 99,2 %.
