Marlwolf78
Hello NexusForums! I have been playing Fallout 3 for some time now. Over the course of the game, I had to come into contact with countless centaurs. I don't know what it is about them, but they freak me out beyond belief. Is there a way to have an addon or perhaps some other way to completely eliminate the centaur from the game, so I don't need to see them ever? ThanksMARLWOLF78 (First post here ever!) Deleted1084753User
Here you go (see attachment). Easily done, just requires removing a single entry from the super mutant leveled lists :) I don't think I've missed anything but if you do happen to spot a centaur lemme know (and where you spotted it, it's possible there might be some placed by means other than the random leveled lists, though I don't 'think' there are) and I'll look into it. Disclaimer: I haven't actually tested the plugin myself, I just made the minor required change and saved the plugin. I can't see there being a problem with it but if there is, post and I'll look at it. Also bear in mind that mods like Mart's Mutant Mod will likely have issues with this plugin. There's lots of new stuff in MMM but it shouldn't be difficult to create an override plugin for the mod if you use Mart's Mod. Lastly, any centaurs that were already loaded when you last saved will still be there, but next time monsters respawn (after 3 days game time) you won't get any new ones. Marlwolf78
Wow, I didn't expect to get help as quickly as I did! Thanks very much for this, I'll be playing Fallout 3 a WHOLE lot more now! Also, try uploading this to the Fallout 3 Nexus site, see if it gets any attention there. (I also don't have MMM.)
