[Advice] Trying to find certain files in Yapped Rune Bear

I'm trying to edit a regulation.bin, but only slightly. I want to change the duration of the ash of war for Mohgwyn's sacred spear (Bloodboon Ritual) but I can't find any unique ashes of war in yapped. I can only find the ashes of war that are the player can use on regular weapons.

I am not trying to change which ash of war a weapon uses, I am trying to modify an existing ash of war.

 

 

Additional things I am trying to find:

1. How to change the effect of a spell without changing its visual effect. (Fire's deadly sin visuals but with the buff from flame grant be strength).

2. how to change visuals without changing the effect: (Flame grant me strength visuals but for one of the crystal tears).

 

I don't know which IDs go to which category.
