  1. It appears some details have been deleted from my post. Is there a size limit I'm not aware of? Forgot to mention: Using Enboost but no graphic changes or modifications. Been getting errors that SKSE memory patch isn't working. But as far as I can tell I have all the settings right. It is possible I don't understand how to install that particular detail in the right location when using Mod Organizer, but I've tried installing it as its own mod and I've tried installing it with the game.exe itself. Still get the error. I know there is a way to turn the error off, but maybe this error is the cause of my concern. Load Order:
  2. Having an issue where racemenu frequently CTDs. I already have racemenu precache killer installed. The game more or less seems to run fine otherwise, but it crashes when attempting to change eyes, import a head, or especially when changing hairs. Notably the issue is not as bad if I go with a blank character first, play a little, and then use racemenu. But still pretty bad. I'm basically unable to create a custom character. Using MO2. Playing Legendary Edition. Logs (been a long time since I used the spoiler function so no promises I get it right).
  3. I want someone to make an enchantment that causes the same effect as the master level destruction spell "blizzard." Now yes, i know console commands can be used to put any magic effect on any equitable item, but here's the thing. I tried that and the results were not what I wanted. I used "playerenchantobject (ring ID) (blzzard ID)" etc. And when I equipped it, boom Blizzard! But when i walked around the blizzard remained in the place where I first equipped the item. I want the blizzard to follow me. Can anyone do that for me?
  4. I would love a mod or file editor that can help me fix the bug for the Occult/Braile quest. This quest breaks so frequently I still cannot get the achievement, because the bug triggers so easily and the developer's have decided to do f*ck all to fix it.
  5. I would love if certain enemies had the appearance of necromorph slashers, lurkers, etc. From deadspace. Just a few, nothing crazy.

  7. When I launch any mod through ModEngine it doesn't seem to take effect in game. Even something as simple as editing a .bin to give infinite durability to a single spell does nothing and the game launches totally vanilla. I unpacked using yapped runebear, I patched, i tried putting the regulation bin in the correct folder, I tried replacing the actual regulation.bin file (after making a backup of course). And still nothing. I cannot figure out why it has suddenly stopped working.
  8. Been using a mod pack that I have really gotten used to, and made several custom changes to. However, it is out of date and the original was deleted. I would like to try to update it myself to work with version 1.5 if possible so I don't have to redo all of my tweaks and try to remember which armors I did and did not replace and which parts I need to hide for them. It's been a while and I don't remember. What do I need to know or is this something beyond my skill level?
  9. I'm trying to edit a regulation.bin, but only slightly. I want to change the duration of the ash of war for Mohgwyn's sacred spear (Bloodboon Ritual) but I can't find any unique ashes of war in yapped. I can only find the ashes of war that are the player can use on regular weapons. I am not trying to change which ash of war a weapon uses, I am trying to modify an existing ash of war. Additional things I am trying to find: 1. How to change the effect of a spell without changing its visual effect. (Fire's deadly sin visuals but with the buff from flame grant be strength). 2. how to change visuals without changing the effect: (Flame grant me strength visuals but for one of the crystal tears). I don't know which IDs go to which category.

I don't know about editing the ash of war's effects, but if you go to "equipParamWeapon" and search rivers of blood, you should be able to edit the weapons various damage types there and increase the blood loss. For some reason my yapped runebear names the categories differently from everyone else and I haven't been able to fix it yet, so not sure which category is blood damage. EDIT: It seems like each type of damage is listed separately, so you could give this weapon damage of each type. But it might cause enemies to die in a single hit because all the values are separate damage calculations. I.E. lightning 20, blood 20, and fire 20 will cause 60 damage from a single swing. It might not even proc any of the effects before the enemy dies. In addition there should be a way to set it so Rivers of Blood can have greases and spell buffs applied to it. That should allow at least one additional element, although certain weapons don't play nice when new elements are added. To my knowledge, there isn't an easy way to have a weapon with all elements and I wouldn't know how. However, you can then go to "spEffectParam" and edit the grease you are applying. Set duration to -1 for infinite duration until you change weapons or location. You can increase build up from the grease there. And if you set, for example, "Blood grease right attack" to have a -1 duration, sometimes once the enemy hemorrages, it will just keep happening until the enemy dies, making it way too OP.
  11. I'm very much a novice at Elden ring modding and I could be wrong. But to my knowledge there is no way to add "new" animations to the game. It might be possible to give the player Malenia's animation, but I'm not sure how that works. For similar reasons, jump height may not be something you can modify. I don't know about I frames, but there are other buffs I know how to add such as increasing damage. Find the spell in Yapped Rune Bear under the category "spEffectParam." Scroll down and see what the various values are. Maybe changing some of them to higher damage outputs or greater range will make it more usable?
  12. This is just a group of requests and ideas I had. Some probably more difficult to make than others. 1. A black cleanrot knight armor set. 2. A Sephiroth armor and Masamune. a.) Swap Malenia with Sephiroth and second phase with one winged angel sephiroth. Music adjustment for boss fight. Plus huge buff for a insanely difficult boss fight. 3. De-nerfing bosses like Radahn back to original (or stronger than original) difficulty. 4. A merchant who can reset major boss fights to be done again. 5. Mohg's spear but with the boss's bloodflame spray with each swing. 6. Generally making certain boss spells available if possible. Thoughts, comments, and constructive criticisms welcome.
  13. So I unpacked UXM to mod elden ring. Mostly just clothing mods. But i would still like to play online (without the mods). How do I undo the UXM patch and return to standard elden ring? Even since I unpacked via UXM, I can only launch modded elden ring offline. It gives me an error when trying to launch normally. EDIT: Figured it out. For anyone with a similar issue, there is a restore option in UXM lol.
  14. Recently purchased Elden ring on steam. Tried reaching out to official support but they don't respond. Been suffering from the white screen crash on startup. Haven't been able to play the game even once. Tried multiple fixes but I'll get to that. Suffice it to say, i've tried all the basic stuff like verifying file integrity, reinstalling (3 damn times), and my machine is more than capable of handling it. My brother's near identical computer plays it just fine. So I looked up a fix that involved going into graphicsconfig.xml. But here's the weird part. There is no graphics.xml. It simply doesn't exist on my machine. Now I may not be a tech person, but how does is steam not installing the game properly 3 times and then telling me the files are verified? Or maybe graphicsconfic.xml is only created when the game is first played? I'm at my wits end. just want to play Elden Ring and for all intents and purposes there is no reason that I can find as to why the game won't work. But it doesn't. Please help.

  16. With the exception of number 6, it is possible for you to do the first 5 yourself in TesEdit with a little know how. Right click on each item from the two mods and click something like "copy into new record" and when prompted choose a new ESP. Then copy all the other records you want into the same esp (there's your merge). TesEdit allows you to rename and change the appropriate perks/armor class, etc. As well as control the recipes. Just remember you have to copy both the armor and armor add-on, and make sure your armor is set to draw info from its matching addon with similar changes. (I.E. if you change the slot location in armor you may also have to change in in the addon). Takes some getting used to but a skill worth having and doing it repetitive on a simple request like this would be excellent practice to see all the options and such. Regarding changing the mesh, I'm not the most skilled with that. If you have an existing mesh you want to use that's already made, you could just rename it the same as the one you want to replace and replace it in the folder, easy as that. Alternatively you can load it in outfit studio and try to delete one side and then copy the side you want across the X axis (though I've never done that before so i'm afraid I can't give any further detail on how to do that.) I can try to show screen caps of the TesEdit stuff when I have time to take the pics. I've been using TesEdit a lot for stuff like the above.
  17. Retexture Dragon Aspect and turn it to ultra instinct? LOL. That will give you appearance, but Skyrim doesn't have much of a dodge mechanic compared to other games, (and automatic dodging is pretty much the central feature of ultra instinct as I understand it). I feel like a lot could be done, but I also feel like, aside from looks, this mod will always fall short of expectation. I could be wrong though. I've seen some incredible stuff done with mods. And it would certainly be better than the near useless ultra instinct of Xenoverse 2. I agree with you, but the person you replied to didn't seem to put it in much detail. Use an animation engine like the spear mods have but re-purposed to take certain 'points' on your body (hands, torso, joints, etc) into consideration and the enemy's points into consideration too. Doing this you could set something up to make it so that your body does an animated dodge. Hell, if you wanted you could make it even simpler take dragon aspect, clone it and modify the copy to use percentages, the percentages could make it be like for the first word on the shout it would be like 33% chance for attacks to pass through for the second it could be 66% chance and the third would be 99% chance (since ultra instinct doesn't dodge 100% of the time), set the time to be infinite but when the user's magic runs out the effect goes away and lets say 5-10 magic per second, and if you don't want to script an entirely new animation engine then just do like a displaced version of yourself every time you're hit I don't know how to explain it, this is a gif it should explain (his arms are what I'm talking about where they get blurry and shaky) https://media1.tenor.com/images/ca5496bdba936cf1d639157377f521eb/tenor.gif?itemid=11259375 so yeah ultra instinct in SkyrimSE is extremely possible. (I'd make it myself but I have a few issues 1-I don't know any software for skyrim mod making, 2-I don't have experience with the files necessary to do this or with 3d editing, and 3-I don't feel like learning how to do that I rather stick to small amounts of coding since I'm not too experienced.) Initial posts and requests were from quite a while back. A lot of the dynamic animation stuff didn't exist yet (I don't recall it existing back then anyway). But now that it is an option that's a pretty solid idea.
  18. I found my issue. It was load order related. You need to open LOOT (or whatever software you're using) and manually make sure Sacrosanct loads after "Alternate Start live another life" if you're using that mod. Not sure why one breaks the other, but it does. If that's not your issue you may have to try something else.
  19. I would like some outfits modeled on vtubers like Gura, Fruit, Ironmouse, Nux, or any other the creator sees fit. Ideally CBBE bodyslide, but I've been learning to do my own conversions so I can work with anything with bodyslide files (but I cannot make my own bodyslide files yet if there are none to start with. I don't know how.) Bonus if wigs/hair have physics.
  20. It would probably be a big project but I'd love it if someone could create some famous FFVII locations, especially Midgar or even just a few floors out of Shinra HQ. Original or remake style would be fine with me. Don't really need anything detailed like NPCs or the such. The location and a bit of décor/furniture would be all I need. Just enough to make it look like Midgar/ShinraHQ. But I also understand this would probably be a big project so I'll keep my hopes tempered. I'm just hoping a mod savvy FFVII fan or two will take interest. I also wouldn't be opposed to personal touches by the mod author. The only thing I wouldn't want is a lore friendly version that's basically just a glorified Dwemer ruin or some such thing.

Also I'm not saying I want them to work together. I just don't need my SMP setup to be anything super impressive. Just enough to take advantages of its effects. I'll look into the link.
  23. Is it possible to setup a really simplistic version of SMP? The instructions on the front page seem like an alien language to me. All I want is for it to basically imitate regular HDT PE while enabling me to use SMP outfits like the ones COCO makes. Is that possible? I use Legendary Addition, use the CBBE body, and use Mod Organizer. I've been trying for about a year to get SMP right but I do not understand the instructions even remotely. As a basic user what exactly do I need to do?

I would like someone to take the raptor feet from (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19283) and possible the texture file if needed from (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22191) or something similar and apply it to the half dragon race (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72416). I get the feeling it isn't as simple as swapping some files between the folders or I would do it myself. I tried equip-able feet of that kind and it didn't work. So asking someone else to do it seems to be my only remaining option.
  25. TBH I'd have to go check. I follow specific mod authors and I see whenever they post for LE and SE. So it would be anything they posted for SE but not LE. But really it was more that I just wanted to know the details to really confirm that it could be done. Most of my requests go unanswered so in the end it usually doesn't matter. But if you're offering, any cool CBBE armors or clothes that are unique. Stuff from Newmiller or Grimm.
