uptownsquash Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 when I install armour or weapons mods thay have random textures or thay are just pink I have tried reinstalling mods reinstalling fallout new vegas I have tried downloading the mods agin then reinstall them but it doesn't work can any one help? bjornl Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 In your case it is as Polyfemus said. You are having texture issues But, I'd bet it is a memory issue at the root. Fallout NewVegas (and all games based the variants of the same game engine) have very poor memory management and go quite wacky once you start to push it too hard. Check your load order for things you can uninstall, check for duplicates, check your load order, use FNVEdit to check for load conflicts. Consider making a merge patch with FNVEdit to improve how well some mods which are in conflict play with each other. Re-compress your textures slighty with something Optimizer Textures on the nexus. Reaper2507 Posted October 9, 2013 Share Posted October 9, 2013 i had some similar issues you can check the following - Archive Invalidation (use google) SWITCH IT OF START Switch it on START- MODIFIET INI-SETTINGS --> DON'T use INI TWEAKS AT ALL..
