IsharaMeradin
General rule of thumb any SE mod stated to be for Skyrim SE version 1.6+ will work with AE. However, older SE mods that do not utilize a third party utility such as SKSE should still work. That said, there will always be the potential for conflict with any of the Creation Club (CC) content (including AE) as not all authors will have access to the CC content. LE mods are out of the equation unless you know how to properly port them to SE / AE for your own usage. It should be noted that AE is just SE with a bunch of CC mods added. Anyone who happened to have purchased the same CC mods individually before AE's release would have the exact same thing as an AE purchase.
