ADragonCalledGeorge Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 This mod request is intended to be used in conjunction with other mods that provide backpacks or the fantastic Bandolier Mod. It would use a totally different slot though so it would be compatible with your arrows, swords, and other traveling gear via mods. Basically this is another way to get more carry-weight that seems reasonable to me and not too cheating-like. Basically the mod adds a shoulder bag to Skyrim (also called a Satchel) that can be carried in addition to a backpack or a quiver of arrows or a greatsword or whatever, even an elder scroll if you wish! The shoulder bag would be small and thin so it could easily hang over your shoulder and leave plenty of room for your additional backpack. It would have a small amount of carry-weight such as 50 or 75 or something but look like it could carry stuff and not break. It could be made of fur or something or even dragon hide which would be cool as I am shocked that I haven't seen any dragon-scale/bone backpacks yet. That would be really neat in my opinion and could be called Dragon Hide Backpacks or something. But the shoulder bag is meant to be used with such backpack mods so it would have to be small enough to fit side by side with a larger backpack or a quiver or something. Unfortunately I cannot mod to save my life so if someone could turn this into reality I would use it with all my play-throughs and be very grateful. For those who don't mind cheats you could even make a Bottomless Book Bag like in the Harry Potter series that can contain endless stuff granting you unlimited carry-weight. It would have to be called the bag from the Harry Potter series though otherwise it wouldn't make sense and wouldn't be any fun. Just a thought!
