Changing Shop Sign's Words

Okay, I am really new to modding Oblivion.

 

I followed a guide and made my own shop. (Tired of not being able to sell anything for full price)
Example Daedric Warhammer. Worth 5000, but no shop anywhere has enough gold to barter (even 100 Mercantile) I know I probably can't sell it for full price anyway, but I hate selling something for 2000-3000 gold and then buy it back for 5500 or something.

 

I found a few mods where I can run my own shop in Chorrol (buying it from Seed-Neeus)

I am not interested in running the shop, I just want a shop to have enough gold to buy big ticket items for full price.

 

 

Anyway. I made my shop following the instructions and tested it, and it works just fine, but I wanted to name the shop. I wanted to have a sign outside of the shop.

 

I don't want to change the logo on the sign I just want to change the words on the sign. I've looked all over for help editing the signs but haven't found anything.

 

I also tried to edit the base sign, but came to no conclusion.

 

This is probably confusing, but I'm just trying to change the words on a store sign to put in front of my own store.

Example, Name of the store is The Peaceful Solution.

Sign I'm currently using is Morvayn's Peacemakers.
(Because peace is used in the sign.)

All I'm wanting to change is Morvayn's Peacemakers to The Peaceful Solution.

It doesn't sound too hard to do but I can't find any answers anywhere and everything I've tried has not worked.

Basically, you need to retexture the sign.
