JJFebruary Posted June 8, 2022 Share Posted June 8, 2022 Trying to download the latest version of Vortex onto my laptop after resetting it recently. Every time I try to launch Vortex I get a "DLL winapi.node failed to load because an antivirus tool has incorrectly quarantined or locked it." message. I'm using Microsoft defender antivirus, however I should mention that I was successfully using the prior version of Vortex before resetting my laptop. I'm not sure what the problem is.
